Week 27

Soup Time! A few weeks ago Dan and I had lunch at The Corner Bakery. While there I tried their poblano pepper and corn chowder soup. After that taste, I knew that I could easily make this soup and possibly make it better. I found a recipe online for Corn and Bell Pepper Chowder that was close to what I was searching for. I followed the recipe, however, I switched the bell peppers for poblano and it was delicious. In addition, I took the recommendation of one of the reviewers and topped the soup off with a sharp cheddar cheese. Try it, I hope you like it!
